--工艺区别：
大厂生产的瓶（听）装啤酒经过滤及巴氏高温灭菌，是熟啤；大厂生产的“扎啤”，又称“生啤”或“鲜啤”，也经过滤，且经瞬间高温处理，实际也是“熟啤”的一种。而本设备生产的鲜啤酒是借鉴传统工艺，采用现代科技，使用微型设备现场酿造，现场饮用，不经高温、过滤处理的生鲜啤酒，它最大程度地保存了啤酒的营养成份及其原汁原味，使其在全世界成为啤酒消费的新时尚。

passed by pasteurization and filtering is called

ripe beer.Our micro-brewing machine makes the
self-brewing fresh beer.It does not contain any
ferment additives,and it can be drunk rightly
after it is out of beer tank.The brewing process
